Behavior Training for Dogs is a business located in Northeastern Florida owned and operated by by Susan Gillespy, founded by the late Bob Hammesfahr. We offer professional dog training services.

We provide private, in-home, one-on-one training. With more than 40 years of professional training and competition experience, we have the expertise to offer you a complete, effective training program for your dog. Our training methodology utilizes positive reinforcement as the means to achieve the desired behavior in our canine companions.
Training can be personalized for a variety of goals, including personal companion dogs, therapy dogs, service dogs and show dogs. Additionally, training can be focused on various problem behaviors such as aggression, anxiety, and timidness.
Availability is limited to Jacksonville, Mayport, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Palm Valley, and northern St. John's county.
