Bob Hammesfahr

Bob passed away suddenly on April 25, 2018. Below is his bio, as this was his business; his training techniques and his business have been left in Susan's capable hands. We hope for your continued support and training referrals.


Bob has been in the business of dog training for over 40 years, and has been training in the greater Jacksonville area for over 30 years. He has been featured on "Good Morning Jacksonville" with Joy Purdy, as well as featured in an article in the Jacksonville Magazine that detailed training difficult dogs. So, we can certify a completely effective training experience for your dog! Bob is a professional member of the Association for Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), is a knowledge-assessed Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Certification Counsel of Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), is certified as a Certified Dog Behavioral Consultant as a professional member through the  International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IIABC). In addition to these certifications, Bob is an American Kennel Club (AKC) Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, a volunteer with Best Friends Society, a preferred trainer with the Golden Retriever Emergency Assistance Team (GREAT), a certified Service and Therapy Dog Trainer, and an Authorized Mentor Trainer for Animal Behavior College (ABC).
